At Luxttier, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to assist you.
2. Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 14 days from the delivery date.
3. Eligibility
- The item must be in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Returns are only accepted after delivery
4. Defective or Damaged Products
If your item is defective or damaged, you must provide photo or video evidence.
Once confirmed, you may choose:
- Free replacement (no return required)
- 30% refund without returning the product
5. Full Refund Returns
For a full refund, the item must be returned to our warehouse at the customer's expense.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled after delivery and return of the product.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
